As a Chicago native, it was a combination of Andre’s social work activism, community involvement and entrepreneurial spirit that lead him to what he believes was a higher purpose for his life through his real estate business. His extensive background in urban development and formal education and training in real estate sales, appraisal, and financing has given Andre’ a strong foundation in understanding the advantages and concerns facing property owners, developers and municipalities alike in a neighborhood’s life cycle.
Andre, has over 20 years of full-time residential and commercial real estate experience and has received national and local sales awards. He has represented both buyers and sellers in diligently handling the logistics of sale for more than $25m in real estate transactions.
Knowledge of real estate is more than analyzing data. It takes hand-on experience on the front lines. His experience as a full time real estate appraiser, home inspector, real estate broker and renovation/construction specialist has given him a competitive advantage in the real estate market by bringing his specialized expertise to these positions.
Commitment, knowledge and results is what his buyers and sellers can expect in his full service business which runs across the spectrum from finding a couple the perfect condo, to helping arrange the sale of larger renovation properties for experienced investors. His engaging approach and special skills in helping his clients fulfill their specific needs has added to a thriving referral business.
